Pelican Weekly Beer Pairing Showcase

For the week of November 15th - 21st, the chef team has created the following special menu items we believe pair perfectly with beers we currently have on tap. 

Breakfast Specials:
Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes: A stack of three of our house made beer pancakes with lemon and poppy seeds, served with fresh orange syrup.

Chanterelle Mushroom Hash: Chanterelle mushrooms, red onion, butternut squash, and blackened potatoes sauteed together, topped with two eggs any style and garnished with asiago cheese.

Lunch choices:
Pulled Pork Sandwich: Tender pork shoulder that has been braised in Mother of All Storms and pulled; served on our house made spent grain bun with coleslaw, Stormwatcher's BBQ sauce and your choice of French fries, vegetables, or salad. Pairing: Stormwatcher's Winterfest

Wild Mushroom Pizza: Our house made pizza dough topped with alfredo sauce, chanterelle, portabella, and shitake mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Pairing: Stormwatcher's Winterfest

Dinner entrees:
Glazed Salmon: Pomegranate and Stormwatcher's glazed king salmon fillet with roasted red potatoes and seasonal vegetables; garnished with pomegranate seeds. Pairing: Stormwatcher's Winterfest

Stormwatcher's Beef Stew: Tender chunks of beef stewed with mushrooms, carrots, onion, butternut squash and Stormwatcher's; served with mashed potatoes and crispy onions. Pairing: Stormwatcher's Winterfest

Complete your meal with dessert of Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake: Chocolate caramel cheesecake with Doryman's Dark Ale caramel sauce and a hazelnut cookie. Pairing: Stormwatcher's Winterfest
