For the week of August 15th - 21st, the chef team has created the following special menu items we believe pair perfectly with beers we currently have on tap.
Huevos Rancheros: Two flour tortillas layered with refried black bean, Tillamook cheddar cheese, and chorizo sausage, topped with two eggs any style, pico de gallo, sour cream, and cilantro crema
Oregon Pink Shrimp Omelette: Oregon pink shrimp, tomato, parmesan cheese, red onions, and pesto folded into a three egg omelette; served with hashbrowns and your choice of toast.
Salami Pizza: Our house made dough topped with pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese, salami, red onions, tomato, feta cheese, and banana wax peppers. Pairing: Silverspot IPA
Hop Crusted Tuna Sandwich: Yellow fin tuna crusted with Mt. Hood hops and parsley, cooked medium rare and served on our house made spent grain roll with basil aioli, cucumber, spinach, and tomato; served with your choice of fries, raw vegetables, or salad. Pairing: Kiwanda Cream Ale
Grilled Mahi Mahi: Grilled Mahi Mahi served over steamed rice, seasonal vegetables, aromatic coconut broth, and topped with mango-pineapple salsa.

Chile Crusted Rockfish: Local rockfish crusted with ancho chile, coffee, and cumin, served with Cuban style black beans, cilantro rice, and grilled tomatillo salsa. Pairing: Silverspot IPA
