Peanut Butter and Bacon Pancakes: A stack of three house made peanut butter and bacon beer cakes, served with butter and maple syrup.
Rip Tide Pizza: House made pizza dough topped with alfredo sauce, mozzarella, chicken, bacon, onion, and sun dried tomatoes. Pairing: MacPelican's Scottish Style Ale
BBQ Chicken Salad: Boneless skinless chicken breast marinated in BBQ sauce and grilled; served over romaine lettuce, black beans, corn, pepperjack cheese, onion, and BBQ ranch dressing. Pairing: Doryman's Dark Ale
Cod with Pesto Polenta: Seared Alaskan cod with pesto polenta cakes, garlic roasted eggplant, bell pepper, onion and garlic shellfish cream sauce. Pairing: Silverspot IPA
Seafood Red Curry: Salmon, clams, mussels and bay shrimp steamed in red curry sauce with steamed rice and stir fried vegetables. Pairing: Imperial Pelican Ale
