Pelican Weekly Specials February 28th - March 6th

For the week of February 28th - March 6th, the chef team has created the following special menu items we believe pair perfectly with beers we currently have on tap. 

Breakfast Specials:
Sweet Potato and Bacon Torte: Sweet potatoes, bacon, cheddar, spinach and eggs baked together and served with fresh fruit.

Strawberry Shortcake French Toast: Fresh strawberry filling in between two pieces of French toast and topped with orange vanilla whipped cream.

Lunch choices:
Garlic Chicken Pizza: House made pizza dough topped with garlic alfredo sauce, chicken, red onion, spinach, tomate and mozzarella cheese. Pairing: MacPelican's Scottish Style Ale

Grundy Love Beef Sandwich: Grundy Love braised beef served on our spent grain bread with shredded romaine, tomato, crispy onions, and served with your choice of French fries, salad, or vegetables. Pairing: Grundy Love

Dinner entrees:
Grilled Salmon: 6 oz grilled wild salmon with caramelized turnips and sauteed fennel, bacon, spinach, and apple served with Keg Monkey apple butter sauce. Pairing: Keg Monkey

Lamb Skewers: Rosemary and thyme marinated lamb skewers grilled and served with artichoke hearts, prosciutto, spinach and cous cous. Pairing: Silverspot IPA

Complete your meal with dessert of Triple Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich: Tillamook vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two triple chocolate cookies; served with warm chocolate sauce. Pairing: Grundy Love
