Pelican Weekly Specials January 16th - 23rd

For the week of January 17th - 23rd, the chef team has created the following special menu items we believe pair perfectly with beers we currently have on tap. 

Breakfast Specials:
Salmon Cake Benedict: Two griddled salmon cakes atop our house made spent grain bread, topped with two eggs any style and hollandaise sauce; served with hash browns and garnished with dill.

Bacon Cheddar Quiche: Hot and delicious bacon cheddar quiche served wtih country style fried potatoes, onion and bell pepper.

Lunch choices:
Shepherd's Pie: Tender diced lamb with winter vegetables and Doryman's Dark Ale broth, topped with Yukon gold mashed potatoes. Pairing: Doryman's Dark Ale

Pot Roast Pizza: Our house made pizza dough topped with Tsunami Stout pot roast, beef demi, onion, mushroom, mozzarella cheese and horseradish sauce. Pairing: Tsunami Stout

Dinner entrees:
Salmon Cakes: Three salmon cakes pan fried and served over seasonal vegetables, parsnip puree, wilted spinach, dill aioli and caramelized fennel. Pairing: Silverspot IPA

Blackened Cod: Alaskan cod fillet blackened and served over dirty rice with chorizo, bell pepper, onion, jalapeno, spinach and beer blanc sauce. Pairing: Nestucca ESB

Complete your meal with dessert of Marionberry Tart: Marionberry tart with sweet streusel, Silverspot IPA marionberry sauce, and Tillamook vanilla ice cream. Pairing: MacPelican's Scottish Style Ale
