For the week of January 24th - 30th, the chef team has created the following special menu items we believe pair perfectly with beers we currently have on tap.
Smoked Salmon Omelet: Smoked salmon, mushroom, spinach and goat cheese inside a three egg omelet; served with hash browns and a side of toast.
Banana French Toast: French toast stuffed with bacon and mascarpone cheese, battered and deep fried; served with MacPelican's Scottish Style Ale syrup.
Chicken and Goat Cheese Salad: Grilled chicken on top of spinach, herb marinated red onions, goat cheese, hazelnuts and our house made herb vinaigrette. Pairing: Silverspot IPA
Mussel Pasta: Fresh mussels steamed with a saffron cream sauce, tossed with linguini pasta, garlic, shallots, and fennel. Pairing: Silverspot IPA
Grilled Mahi Mahi: Grilled Mahi Mahi served over curried carrot and parsnip mash, sauteed mushrooms, onions, snow peas and a pineapple and mango salsa. Pairing: Nestucca ESB
Grilled Pork Flat Iron: Grilled pork flat iron served with lentils, carrot, red pepper, onion, butternut squash, spinach, and apple thyme compote. Pairing: MacPelican's Scottish Style Ale
