Pelican Weekly Beer Pairing Showcase

For the week of September 12th - 18th, the chef team has created the following special menu items we believe pair perfectly with beers we currently have on tap. 

Breakfast Specials:
Chanterelle Mushroom Scramble: Three eggs scrambled with sauteed local chanterelle mushrooms, red onions, spinach, and asiago cheese; served with hashbrowns and your choice of toast.

Corned Beef Hash: House made MacPelican's Scottish Ale corned beef sauteed with oven roasted red potatoes, red onions, red bell peppers, and fresh herbs; topped with two eggs any style and horseradish sour cream.

Lunch choices:
Grilled Salmon Salad: Grilled wild salmon served over a salad of mixed greens, hazelnuts, grilled peaches, red onions, and tomatoes with Ankle-Buster Ale vinaigrette.
Pairing: Ankle-Buster Ale

Chanterelle Mushroom Pizza: Our house made dough topped with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions, local chanterelle mushrooms, roasted garlic and fresh basil.
Pairing: MacPelican's Scottish Style Ale

Dinner entrees:
Apple Sausage Mac and Cheese: Penne pasta baked with Tillamook White Cheddar cheese sauce, house made Doryman's Dark Ale apple sausage, chanterelle mushrooms, and spinach; topped with hazelnut bread crumbs. Pairing: Doryman's Dark Ale

Crab Stuffed Dover Sole: Fresh Dover sole stuffed with local Dungeness crab and brie, served with seasonal vegetables, steamed rice, and Ankle-Buster Ale beer blanc.
Pairing: Ankle-Buster Ale

Complete your meal with dessert of German Chocolate Cake: Rich German chocolate cake served with Tsunami Stout chocolate sauce. Pairing: Tsunami Stout
