Our Precious, specialty collaboration beer

Our Precious is a special collaboration beer between the Pelican Pub & Brewery and 666 Brewing of Hamilton, New Zealand. Brewmasters Darron Welch and Graeme Mahy came up with the idea for this beer while touring breweries and judging beer together in Munich, Germany. Our Precious is the result. Golden-colored and medium-bodied, Our Precious features a hop character bursting with fruity Kiwi hops, balanced by a malt backbone of Pale Ale, Melanoidin and Caramel malts.

Darron Welch, Co-Owner/Brewmaster at Pelican Pub & Brewery, recently joined forces with Jamie Floyd, Owner/Brewmaster of Ninkasi Brewing Company to collaborate on a brew in memorial of Danny Williams, who recently passed away.
