Cottages are available in three different floor plans, on two levels. For those who prefer to park their car on the same level as their Cottage, the top level is the choice for you. For those who'd prefer to walk out on the deck and directly to the beach, the lower level will be your preference. A few designated pet units are available on both upper and lower levels.

2-Bedroom Cottage

2-Bedroom Cottages feature an ocean view master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, and a second room with a queen bed. A second bathroom is located in the hall. There is a 2-bedroom handicap accessible Cottage featuring a queen bed in the master suite.

3-Bedroom Cottage

Approximately 1,150 Sq.Ft.
Available for purchase: Cottages 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12

3-Bedroom Cottages feature an ocean view master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, a second room with a queen bed, and a third room with a twin trundle bed. There is a second bathroom located in the hall.

3-Bedroom Grand Cottage

Approximately 1,350 Sq.Ft.
Available for purchase: Cottages 1, 2

3-Bedroom Grand Cottages feature an ocean view master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, a second ocean view bedroom with a queen bed, and a third room with two twin beds. A second bathroom is located in the hall.
