Description of the position:
Our Team of Front Desk Agents are the voice and face of the Inn at Cape Kiwanda. Excellent customer service skills are a MUST! A professional, calm demeanor and a thorough, detail oriented outlook are needed. The Front Desk Team is responsible for answering telephones, making reservations, checking in and checking out guests, understanding and operating the RDP reservation computer system, selling rooms and packages, and working with the Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments on a regular basis.
Specific Position Requirements:
Strong computer skills, ability to multi-task, stand for periods of 8 hours or more, prior experience is a PLUS.
