Description of the position:
Responsible for answering telephones, making reservations, checking in and checking out guests, understanding and operating Rezstream and RDP computer system, selling rooms and packages, capability of doing all the duties expected of the Front Desk clerk for the Inn at Cape Kiwanda and the Concierge Desk for the Cottages at Cape Kiwanda, and the basics of the host at Shorepine Village. Work with and cooperate with the Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments on a regular basis.

Prerequisites:

Description of the position:
This is a fun, flexible Spring Break and summer position. We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals that want to work part time, typically from 9 or 10am until mid afternoon. The Housekeepers work as part of a team cleaning rooms at the Inn at Cape Kiwanda, Cottages at Cape Kiwanda and vacation homes at Shorepine Vacation Rentals in Pacific City. Housekeepers are responsible for the consistent cleaning of rooms in a timely manner, following procedures, using the correct supplies and stocking the housekeeping carts with supplies on a daily basis. The Housekeepers assist with other duties in the Houseman Department and on occasion assist with light-duty maintenance duties. We are looking for those capable of working together with co-workers as a team in order to efficiently get the job done.
