Returns & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your recent order. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Inspect and check your items as soon as possible.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from delivery date. Event Ticket sales are non refundable.
No restocking fee, just great customer service.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, The Pelican Pub & Brewery will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price (excluding beer purchases, which are not returnable).
- Returnable items must be sent back within 30 days from the date your order is received and must be in resalable condition. Items may not have been washed or worn.
- If an item must be returned due to our error, or a manufacturing flaw, please contact our Order Fulfillment Department at 503-965-3674 so that we may assist you with your return.
- PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. No credit will be given for lost packages. Nonreturnable items sent back to us will not be returned and no exchange or credit will be issued.
To make a return, please follow these easy instructions:
- Please call our Order Fulfillment Department at 503-965-3674 so we can anticipate your return.
- Place the original packing slip inside your package along with the item you are returning. If you are reusing a box, cover all previous labels and markings with heavy black marker or adhesive labels. If items being returned are damaged during the return process, we will not accept the items. We are unable to issue any exchanges, credits or refunds for items that we consider damaged.
- Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. You may ship your package using the delivery method of your choice, but COD deliveries will NOT be accepted.
- Remember to include your return address on the outside of your package. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address clearly marked on the outside will be destroyed, and the Pelican Pub & Brewery will not replace the contents.
