Fall Brewers Dinner October 18

The Pelican Pub & Brewery's 2014 Fall Brewers Dinner will be Saturday, October 18th. The Pelican team will take on the exciting cuisine of Burma and are joined by culinary adventurers and Burmese cuisine experts Robert Carmack and Morrison Pilkinghorne as they present recipes adapted from their most recent cookbook “The Burma Cookbook:  Recipes from the Land of a Million Pagodas”.

Chef Rick Lowell will perform the task of not only recreating these adventurous recipes, but expertly pairing them with the Pelican Brewery’s award winning beer, proving once again that Pelican beer has a place at any table, no matter how exotic.
