Denver Omelette: Three egg omelette filled with red bell pepper, jalapeno, Canadian bacon, and Tillamook cheddar cheese; served with hashbrowns and a side of toast.
Meat Lover's Frittata: Bacon, sausage, Canadian bacon, red onion, mixed with three eggs and baked in the oven, topped with Tillamook cheddar cheese and a side of toast.
Chorizo and Clam Mac and Cheese: Chorizo sausage, clams, spinach and penne pasta tossed in a creamy Tillamook cheddar cheese sauce. Pairing: Doryman's Dark Ale
Blackened Cod Po' Boy: Alaskan cod fillet blackened and seared on a toasted hoagie roll with lettuce, onion, tomato, and topped with spicy remoulade sauce; served with your choice of French fries, salad, or vegetables. Pairing: Silverspot IPA
Shrimp N Grits: Five prawns sauteed with blackening seasoning, tomato, garlic and spinach served over Tillamook cheddar and andouille sausage grits. Pairing: Doryman's Dark Ale
Grilled Salmon: Grilled 6 oz salmon fillet served with roasted red potatoes, butternut squash, mushrooms, spinach and saffron aioli. Pairing: Kiwanda Cream Ale
